When I founded Vanguard Project Solutions, it wasn’t because businesses lacked ideas. It was because too many organizations were working hard inside systems that no longer reflected reality.

I’ve seen talented teams spend enormous energy compensating for misaligned processes, unreliable data, and tools that were never designed for how the business truly operates. In most cases, the challenge wasn’t ambition or effort. It was friction—embedded quietly in structure.

Vanguard Project Solutions was created to address that friction directly.

We approach every engagement with one principle: clarity before change. Before recommending new tools, new strategies, or new initiatives, we take the time to understand how the organization actually functions. Where are decisions made? Where does work slow down?
